By completing a purchase through our website, you accept the return conditions, timelines, and procedures outlined below. This policy may be referenced in the event of a payment dispute, claim, or chargeback.


Return Eligibility

If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Include all original tags and components where applicable

Claire’s Wardrobe reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, seasonal events, or special offers are considered final sale.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return shipping costs cannot be refunded. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Claire’s Wardrobe cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

  • Full name and shipping address
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Please wait for return authorisation and instructions before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

We will review the case and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.

We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a suitable resolution.


Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address
  • Failure to collect from a pickup point
  • Refusal at delivery

A £20 administrative and handling fee may be deducted from the refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. A return request may be submitted after delivery if eligible.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter promptly.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Claire’s Wardrobe reserves the right to provide relevant documentation to the payment provider, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Tracking details
  • Acceptance of policies
  • Previous communication

Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.

Approved returns must be sent to our designated returns facility.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.

Claire’s Wardrobe is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Items returned in a used, damaged, or unsanitary condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
